Constructed with a 320tpi Corespun casing that is reinforced with aramid fibers for enhanced puncture protection, the Pirelli's P ZERO Velo Tubular tyre has been extensively tested, modified, and fine-tuned to meet the highest standards of racing performance. It features a latex inner tube for improved weight, rolling efficiency, and puncture protection while the tread and profile have been designed based on Pirelli's extensive motorsport experience. The lightning bolt pattern features narrow angles at the center of the footprint for consistent wear and feedback, wider lateral angles for responsive handling at high speeds, and small grooves in the middle to reduce rolling resistance. The Yellow Soft compound, developed for competitions where grip and handling are paramount, provides exceptional grip and handling performance on both wet and dry surfaces without compromising rolling resistance.
