If you need to drop a bike off for a same day service, please call the store in advance to confirm if this is possible.

Our workshop availability is variable so we always recommend booking in advance either online or by calling the store.

On-street parking is available as follows:

• Oxford Street (store side): Metered parking until 4pm. Clearway after 4pm.
• Oxford Street (opposite side): Free parking with time limit after 10am.
• Greens Road: Free Parking with time limit.
• Hopewell Street: Free parking with time limit.

• Bicycles purchased and picked-up in-store are fully assembled.
• Bicycles purchased onlined and delivered via courier are partially assembled due to shipping restrictions. We have simple online assembly videos here or contact us via email or phone for further assistance.

Our bicycles and accessories carry a full manufacture's warranty. Most frames carry a lifetime warranty for 1st owner upon registration and parts and accessories carry between a one and two year warranty against faulty workmanship.
