Returns, Exchanges and Warranty

For returns of faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items we ask you return the product along with a completed downloadable RETURN FORM and a copy of your purchase receipt and copy of your postage receipt within 7 days of receiving your goods. Woolys Wheels will refund any of your postage return expenses and cover the costs of postage to send you a replacement item.

For any change-of-size or change-of-mind returns including saddles, the cost of returning the product is strictly the responsibility of the purchaser and it is incumbent on them to return the product in an "as-new" state with all retail packaging and labels. Please download and complete the RETURN FORM and a copy of your purchase receipt within 7 days of receiving your goods. Woolys Wheels will also require the customer to pay the standard $10.00 delivery fee (excluding bicycles) for re-delivery. We will contact you for this.

Woolys Wheels will process all returns and exchanges within two (2) working days of receipt of goods.

For warranty claims, please return your product within the product's warranty period commencing from the date of your purchase receipt. Please download and complete the RETURN FORM and a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. If you are unsure about your product's warranty period, please contact us. Warranties will be processed by our customer service team within two (2) working days.

Woolys Wheels reserves the right to repair, replace, refund or substitute the product with and equal product if the original is unavailable as per Australian consumer law.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed within two (2) working days of approval.

Refunds can only be made back to the payment method used for your order.

Any refunds for items purchased using a discount coupon/voucher will be credited at the net purchase price as shown on your order confirmation email.

Please allow up to five (5) days after Woolys Wheels has completed your refund for your financial institution to take receipt of the refund into your account.
