The new 2026 Focus Izalco Max 9.9 road bike range steps it up another notch from the Max 9.8 by adding the super quick and even lighter deep dish DT Swiss ARC1400 carbon aero wheelset and the pinnacle of groupsets - Shimano Dura-Ace D12 wireless with power meter. The refined and wind tunnel-approved NACA frame tube shapes and meticulous German engineering has resulted is an obscenely light 865 gram frame with great ride quality and maximum stiffness. Add to this the Reserve one piece carbon aero bar/stem combo, ultra-light carbon seatpost and ceramic bottom bracket bearings, if you don't make the podium, you won't be able to blame the bike!
