Friendly service with a smile from Michael. Bought a Specialized Riprock 24" for our child and was ready the next day. Exceptional quality bike with hydraulic brakes and sexy finish (brake cables through the frame instead of attached externally with cable ties like on Merida J24+ that we tried at a different store). Lucky to have a local store like this in the area

I've been buying bikes from Woolys Wheels for over 20 years now, but I had a particularly great interaction with them yesterday. I was cycling home from the city and got a bolt in my rear tyre - and unwisely removed it, causing a flat. The tyres are tubeless and I didn't have a repair kit with me. This was at Taylor Sq, and on my walk home I was lucky enough to pass Woolys Wheels - who were about to shut up shop, as it was 5:55pm on a Friday. I asked if they could help - and Viktor (the bike mechanic) replaced the tyre and got me up and running. I offered to add a bit on top of the repair bill so Michael (the owner) and Viktor could grab a beer afterwards - but they asked for a Google review instead - so here it is! Obviously a great experience and they saved me a decent walk home (and from being late going out that night). It's interactions like this that make for loyal customers - myself being one of them. Definitely recommend.
