Michael and his team went above and beyond to help me find the perfect bike. What made it such a great experience is that they listened to what I needed and did not try to upsell me. I had a twisted front wheel which was old and had a replacement cost of $2500. The guys at Woolys came up with a solution to costing less than $300. It's rare that a service provider cares about their customer like Woolys. I'd recommend them every day of the week.
