Fantastic Service! I took my bike in early this morning, and know that they had a pretty big day in terms of services, so completely understood when they said they will do their best to get it back to me today, but most likely on Monday. You can imagine my surprise and delighted when they contacted me Mid morning on the day. I dropped it off to say the bike was ready! I did not expect that at all, so really appreciated it when I got that call. The Bike is in great order and ready for a ride on the weekend. Would definitely recommend Woollies wheels for all your cycling needs.

Came in with a very obscure problem and was met with kindness and warmth. Everyone and Wooly’s is supportive and wants to help, and on top of it all the feeling inside the shop is lovely, very clean with good music, and every possible appliance you would need for your bike. If you ever have a problem or need with your bike (or your balls) come to wooly’s for the best customer service and best products! Ask for Matt and Michael and they will be able to help you with whatever you have, and they will do it while putting a smile on your face!
Great bike and e-bike shop! I bought my new e-bike from this shop about 1-2 months ago from Victor, who had put this together once it arrived, and I've been extremely happy with this bike ever since! They even installed the bike locks I bought myself. Very happy with Woolys Wheels customer service!
