Exceptional quality bike with hydraulic brakes and sexy finish (brake cables through the frame instead of attached externally with cable ties like on Merida J24+ that we tried at a different store). I've been buying bikes from Woolys Wheels for over 20 years now, but I had a particularly great interaction with them yesterday. I was cycling home from the city and got a bolt in my rear tyre - and unwisely removed it, causing a flat. The tyres are tubeless and I didn't have a repair kit with me. This was at Taylor Sq, and on my walk home I was lucky enough to pass Woolys Wheels - who were about to shut up shop, as it was 5:55pm on a Friday. I asked if they could help - and Viktor (the bike mechanic) replaced the tyre and got me up and running. I offered to add a bit on top of the repair bill so Michael (the owner) and Viktor could grab a beer afterwards - but they asked for a Google review instead - so here it is! Obviously a great experience and they saved me a decent walk home (and from being late going out that night). It's interactions like this that make for loyal customers - myself being one of them. Definitely recommend.
