I started cycling in February and have been incredibly fortunate to discover Woolys Wheels in Sydney. From day one, Michael (the owner) and Victor have been amazing. They are super informative, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about helping cyclists at all levels. As someone new to the sport, I had a lot of questions and needed guidance with everything from choosing the right gear to understanding bike maintenance. Michael and Victor have taken the time to walk me through each step with patience and a wealth of knowledge. Whether it's fitting my bike properly, recommending accessories, or sharing tips to improve my ride, their support has been second to none. What really sets Woolys Wheels apart is the personal attention and care they give. It’s more than just a shop. It’s a place where you feel supported, no matter your experience level. Amazing service, popped in this morning to look at a few bikes. Super friendly greeting as soon as I walked in, Victor was more than happy to help and chat through different options. He went above and beyond to find the right size and style of bike that would suit me the best. I had lots of questions and he was very patient and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Friendly service with a smile from Michael. Bought a Specialized Riprock 24" for our child and was ready the next day. Exceptional quality bike with hydraulic brakes and sexy finish (brake cables through the frame instead of attached externally with cable ties like on Merida J24+ that we tried at a different store). Lucky to have a local store like this in the area

I've been buying bikes from Woolys Wheels for over 20 years now, but I had a particularly great interaction with them yesterday. I was cycling home from the city and got a bolt in my rear tyre - and unwisely removed it, causing a flat. The tyres are tubeless and I didn't have a repair kit with me. This was at Taylor Sq, and on my walk home I was lucky enough to pass Woolys Wheels - who were about to shut up shop, as it was 5:55pm on a Friday. I asked if they could help - and Viktor (the bike mechanic) replaced the tyre and got me up and running. I offered to add a bit on top of the repair bill so Michael (the owner) and Viktor could grab a beer afterwards - but they asked for a Google review instead - so here it is! Obviously a great experience and they saved me a decent walk home (and from being late going out that night). It's interactions like this that make for loyal customers - myself being one of them. Definitely recommend.
